Marks Sattin is a specialist finance recruiter with offices in Clerkenwell and we are seeking a young professional to pursue a Summer Internship with us.
There are no requirements in being familiar with finance, you just have to be highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will involve plenty of phone work, some long hours and extensive admin however you will be working with CFO's of FTSE listed businesses which is an exceptional internship to secure for the summer of 2018.
Tasked with:
- Calling potential candidates for live jobs
- Arranging meetings for the Directors of the business to attend with the clients.
- Daily pre-screening calls to shortlisted and general candidates and astute assessment of their suitability for roles
- Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies
Candidate Requirements:
- Highly motivated, and target driven
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A passion for selling and a desire to achieve to be the best
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Previous experience working as a consultant or bookings coordinator within a healthcare or medical locum environment
- Computer literate and used to working with third party systems
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable
