Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a leading global organisation to recruit a Temporary Recruitment Administrator on a 2-3 month contract to provide support to the wider Recruitment Team during an extremely busy period. The role will be office based with the potential of 1 day working from home. An immediate start can be available.

My Client is seeking an individual with good adminstrative skills - ideally as an Administration Assistant, HR Assistant/Administrator or Recruitment Administrator.

Responsibilities include:

• The Recruitment Administrator will support the Recruitment and HR teams with the onboarding of new employees joining the organisation.
• Retrieving Right to Work (RTW) documents
• Processing other relevant candidate paperwork and documentation to the ATS system (Application Tracking System)
• Responding to appropriate queries in the Recruitment inbox in a timely manner
• Any other ad-hoc recruitment administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be:

• An experienced Administrator
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• A good IT user
• A strong communicator
• Able to start at short notice
