A leading consultancy is eager to recruit a senior contract consultant with Target Operating Model experience. The ideal candidate will have had previous or current project management exposure or may have been a lead Business Analyst previously and must be available to start work immediately on contract for an initial three month duration for a project that is based in the Cheltenham/Bristol area.

The relevant candidate will ideally have a consulting background at some point in their career although this is not idea.

The right candidate will have a history of Business Analyst experience along with some consulting exposure and will have a strong personality.

The right candidate will have:
· Lead Work-stream
· Business Analysis as appropriate, Business Analyst more than PM skills
· Be familiar with TOM concept, have delivered part of TOM invesigation
· Be Resource augmentation
· Investigate data for given work-stream (e.g. location, process, governance, service delivery)
· Document findings
Skills
· Good mix of project management and Business Analysis skills
· Experience of TOM engagements
· Knowledge of selling in regulated Financial Services environment
· Ability to juggle work and prioritise against tight deadlines
Required for minimum 2 months with possible extension
