My client is looking for a French speaker who wants to learn payroll. You will be given the training and support needed.

You will be trained up to be a Payroll Specialist looking after the firms French payroll of 50 people whilst working alongside an international payroll team of 7.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver on all payroll deadlines to agreed accuracy targets and timescales.
  • Keep abreast of prevailing legislation and committed to Continuous Personal Development.
  • Contribute to positive working environment by providing excellent customer services.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Reliably and promptly process periodic payrolls and pensions - end to end process - ensuring internal control processes are adhered to.
  • Prepare all third parties' payments including accurate and timely remittances to pension administrators, HMRC, trade unions, child care voucher provider etc. Ensure completeness of records and maintain monthly ledgers reconciling amounts due to amounts remitted.
  • P11Ds, P60s, SMP, SPP, Apprenticeship Levy and any other forms or returns required by HMRC.
