The main duties include:

• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Code and process high volumes of purchase invoices
• Manage supplier invoice queries via email and phone
• Reconciling supplier statements to Ledger
• Preparing supplier payment runs
• Sales Ledger - contacting customers to confirm receipt of invoices
• Chasing customers for payment
• Sending customer statements

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Purchase Ledger experience
• Experience of using Sage
• Good Excel skills
• Experience of dealing with a high volume of invoices
