An Accounts Payable Assistant is needed for an initial 2 month contract for a successful interior designer.

The role is based in Central London and 5 days per week in the office.

Dynamics Business Central software experience ideal but not essential!

The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices and ensuring they are matched
    against purchase orders.
  • Setting up new vendors in the accounting system.
  • Dealing with company staff expenses processing and payment.
  • Dealing with company credit cards, ensuring these are processed promptly and receipts are obtained from all card holders.
  • Maintaining the finance mailbox.
  • Any other duties as required by the UK Finance Manager
  • Ensuring all invoices are appropriately authorised
  • Posting of accounts payable related cash payments.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.

The ideal Accounts Payable Assistant will be:

  • Immediately available
  • Have previous experience in an Accounts payable role
  • Have previous experience using Dyamics software (non-essential)
  • Have a good understading of PO systems
  • Be pro-active in their approach to resolving queries
  • Have strong communication and organsation skills
