A top private equity investment business have an excellent long term contract opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant.

If you are an experienced in Accounts Payable and require a flexible working week (part time - 3 days in the office), then this might be a great role for you!

You will join a face paced finance function who are situated in a beautiful office in a central London location. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the accuracy of invoices against the right company names, bank accounts and VAT rates
• Seeking approval for payment of invoices and building rapport with key stakeholders internally
• Dealing with queries from vendors
• Maintaining the Concur expenses system and ensuring that invoices are coded correctly and accurately inputted
• Assisting with annual audit queries

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a purchase ledger clerk/similar role
• Be able to come into the office 3 days a week (one day must be Wednesday)
• Be a great communicator

Duration: 6-24 months rolling contract

Day Rate: £180-220 per day via umbrella depending on experience
