They are currently seeking a skilled temp professional to support the local entity in Naarden during a critical 9-month project implementation.

Position Overview
They are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist who can seamlessly manage day-to-day accounting operations on mainly AP side. This role requires a strong background in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and VAT declaration, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to vendors and book goods receipts.
• Record purchase invoices using Scansys ImageCapture.
• Prepare and submit Dutch VAT declarations.
• Issue intercompany (IC) sales invoices and manage AR processes.
• Reconcile IC AR/AP balances during month-end closing.
• Execute payment runs to third parties and intercompany entities.
• Maintain and manage vendor, customer, and raw materials master data.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AP, AR, and Dutch VAT declaration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on, detail-oriented team player with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with Scansys and Exact Globe is a plus.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes and IC reconciliation is advantageous.

• Salary between €3000, - to €4000,- gross a month
• Contract for 32 hours a week
