Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an educational organisation based in Bath who are looking to recruit a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be 12 weeks long initially with the possibility of extension or even permanent for the right candidate.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis 2 days in the office per week based in Bath.

This role will be paying between £18 and £19 per hour dependent on experience.

Accounts Receivable Analyst Key Responsibilities Include:

• Investigate multiple data sources and spreadsheets to collate and match source codes
• Raising invoices in line with company terms and agreements
• Account reconciliations ensuring accurate billing
• Associated Month end reporting
• Basic credit control duties

The ideal candidate will be:

• A background in an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control position
• Intermediate Excel clues including data manipulation (pivot tables, lookups)
• Immediately available or short notice
