I'm working with a high-end retail client to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised brand with a bubbly and creative culture.

The role reports directly into the Accounts Receivable Executive, working as part of a growing team you will be responsible for invoicing, chasing payments and reconciliations. Duties will include:

• Raising and posting invoices
• Ensure payments and invoices balance
• Recharging between group companies and processing intercompany transactions
• Managing the e-commerce sales ledger function
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciling e-commerce and retail store taking reports
• Fortnightly payment runs
• Liaising with external departments regarding business processes
• Main point of contact for the US group function
• Ad-hoc tasks as and when required

The successful candidate will ideally be Part Qualified or studying towards an Accounting Qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), have 12-18 months Finance experience desirably in the retail industry. Experience is Sage 200 is required.
