Marks Sattin is partnering with a major distribution company to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk to their team. A fantastic opportunity to join this powerhouse and take the next step in your finance career in the new year!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content delivery sales invoices in the system and reconciling to the accounting software
- Invoice processing
- Managing accounts payable process for vendors
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are properly posted and accounted for.
- Regular debt chasing and maintaining strong debt collection processes to keep overdue debtors to a minimum.
- Answering queries
- Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for working with systems and picks up new systems easily.
You will be pro-active, a self-starter with natural leadership ability.
