Key Responsibilities:

• Content delivery sales invoices in the system and reconciling to the accounting software
• Invoice processing
• Managing accounts payable process for vendors
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are properly posted and accounted for.
• Regular debt chasing and maintaining strong debt collection processes to keep overdue debtors to a minimum.
• Answering queries
• Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for working with systems and picks up new systems easily.
You will be pro-active, a self-starter with natural leadership ability.
