Start your job searchKey Responsibilities:
- Participate in the ongoing harmonization project for O2C.
- Attend online calls and provide supporting documentation to the project team.
- Run, analyze, and review monthly credit risk assessment reports.
- Support junior team members in daily tasks and training plans.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal departments and customers.
- Investigate and resolve queries with internal and external customers promptly.
- Collect overdue items and work towards set targets.
- Manage daily bank receipts and cash allocation.
- Provide holiday cover when required.
Qualifications:
- Degree (required) or GCSE/equivalent qualification in Mathematics and English.
Skills:
- Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as lookups and pivot tables.
- Tactful, confident telephone manner with high attention to detail.
- Driven, competitive, and adaptable team player.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, demonstrate accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of information, working in a mature, courteous, and professional manner.
