Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the ongoing harmonization project for O2C.
  • Attend online calls and provide supporting documentation to the project team.
  • Run, analyze, and review monthly credit risk assessment reports.
  • Support junior team members in daily tasks and training plans.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal departments and customers.
  • Investigate and resolve queries with internal and external customers promptly.
  • Collect overdue items and work towards set targets.
  • Manage daily bank receipts and cash allocation.
  • Provide holiday cover when required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree (required) or GCSE/equivalent qualification in Mathematics and English.

Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as lookups and pivot tables.
  • Tactful, confident telephone manner with high attention to detail.
  • Driven, competitive, and adaptable team player.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, demonstrate accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of information, working in a mature, courteous, and professional manner.
