Application Support Analyst:

A leading bank is looking to add an Application Support Analyst to their current team, you will be working with the Service Delivery Manager. This is a permanent role based in London, hybrid working. The purpose of this role is to provide application support to the business on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages.
  • Experience assisting users with test areas and writing testing scripts.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing.
  • Previous experience working within financial services or equivalent.

What will make you stand out:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Alpha or Engage or APAK or Connect.
