Key Responsibilities
Customer Portfolio - Ensures customers receive efficient and proactive service and exceeds customer expectations throughout the year.
Liaise with customers, partners, and other Evelyn Partner staff as needed to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date on relevant issues.

Preparation of management and statutory accounts and budgeting, including related services - awareness of the commercial aspects of the client's business and its impact on our operations.

Planning and completing schedule designs, staff bookings, administrative accounts, statutory accounts, VAT declarations, and other related tasks.

Business/Practice Development - ​​Prepares new work proposals and develops opportunities for existing clients and Evelyn Partners.

New Customer Onboarding Steps - Assists leaders in integrating new customers into Evelyn Partners and its portfolio of customers and staff, including work schedules.

Training and Development - ​​Supervise junior employees and ensure timely feedback is provided to employees.

Ensure appropriate in-house and in-person training at the workplace.

Client Billing - Business Outsourcing Services Processes the preparation of fee statements and fee attachment letters for clients for review by the appropriate Associate Director, Director, or Partner in accordance with the billing policy.

Assists managers in collecting outstanding receivables of customers in the portfolio in accordance with the Business Outsourcing Services cash collection policy.

Review and prepare monthly and quarterly administrative accounts and related files.

Prepare and review unaudited financial statements and related files.

Review iXBRL tagged accounts created by team members.

Ensures team member work complies with process and procedure manuals applicable to various services.

Assists the team her manager with various administrative tasks and projects that arise from time to time.

Working on more complex customer activities.

Manage and complete reservations.

Start portfolio management.

Collaborates with senior managers/associate directors on key client activities.
Qualifications/Key Skills:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) or qualified by experience.
  • Extensive experience with administrative accounts, statutory accounts and VAT refunds gained in a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience of working with entrepreneurial, OMB and SME clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, directors, partners, employees and other professionals.
