Are you ready to play a key role in building the infrastructure behind a rapidly expanding private credit platform?

An international private markets investment firm experiencing significant growth, are looking for a Business Analyst to join a well healed change team and help design and deliver the operating model that will scale their private credit business. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology and is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving automation, and enabling smarter decision-making across the investment lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and implement target operating models for the private credit platform
  • Re-engineer and document end-to-end middle office processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions with both business and IT teams
  • Develop and run test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth system rollouts
  • Support project management activities, from workshops and IT delivery to reporting and resource planning
  • Champion change adoption, delivering training and ensuring successful embedding of new tools and processes

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or consulting
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments, with direct experience in private credit
  • Knowledge of middle office processes end-to-end, ideally across loans and credit operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with LoanIQ, WSOWeb or LevPro would be a distinct advantage

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a global private markets platform. If you're ready to combine your business analysis skills with your private credit expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
