Cash Allocation Representatives | Paisley | Temp contract | Up to £11.50ph | Immediate Start

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking multinational company. This is an ongoing temporary contract up until the end of December, with the potential to be extended or made permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately apply customer payments to their respective accounts and invoices.
  • Record and maintain detailed records of all cash receipts.
  • Process incoming bank receipts efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Handle the processing of direct debits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash allocation


About You

  • No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
  • A passion for numbers and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
