Chief Financial Officer for a Multi-Site Healthcare business

£140-150k base, bonus, equity

Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Multi-Site Healthcare business and to step up into the CFO role. This strategic and commercial business partner will play a broad role in rapidly growing the business, leading to a successful Exit in the next two years.

A 2-5-year plan for the strategic direction of the business will focus on doubling shareholder value to £100 million ahead of an exit. This will be achieved by maximising net profit margins, encouraging commercial performance, and taking full responsibility for productivity and efficiency across the business units.

Acting alongside the CEO and executive board as a valued contributor to executive-level strategy, strong relationships will be maintained with shareholders and PE investors. Experience influencing the fast growth of a business will be utilised through continued organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and the integration of these acquisitions into a portfolio. A positive culture passionate about growth and profit will be maintained through great leadership and communications skills.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ideally chartered.
• Experience of working in and influencing business growth with exposure to M&A (Acquisitions and Integrations) is a must, ideally leading to Exit.
• Skilled at managing the finance team and dealing with advisors, accountants, and lawyers.
• Experience of working within a Healthcare, Professional Services, Support services, People Based business and or related sectors.
• A capable communicator, able to make decisive decisions, implement them, and present to investors and shareholders.
• Experience of working in an Investor/ PE-backed business would be advantageous.
