About the Role: Our client is seeking an M&A Deal Originator to join their prestigious Corporate Finance team. - Outreach Campaigns: Create and deliver high-quality, personalised outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential clients.
- Preparation and Support: Assist in preparing briefing notes, target summaries, and internal opportunity reviews for partner-led discussions.
- Client Engagement: Attend introductory calls and meetings with prospective clients alongside senior team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to align origination efforts with key strategic priorities.
- Reporting: Contribute to regular business development reporting, pipeline updates, and internal origination meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach to building relationships.
- Comfortable working to and exceeding KPI targets, especially in outreach or engagement metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of M&A or the investment lifecycle is advantageous but not essential.

You will receive hands-on training, personal development, and support from leading and seasoned practitioners, partners, and experts in their field, enabling you to quickly grow your knowledge and expertise and excel in your chosen career.
Our client values their employees' hard work and offers an extensive benefits and perks package covering lifestyle, health and wellbeing, development, and finances.
