Marks Sattin Executive Search are currently working with an extremely fast-growing PE Backed InsurTech business based in central London. Their unique product has become a leading force in their industry and they have streamlined a traditionally complex business. With future Investment from elite investors, and on the cusp of the next phase of growth, they are now looking for a commercial CFO to work alongside the senior management team and Investors to drive their growth and international expansion.

This is a key role for the commercialization of the business and valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive KPIs, forecasting, and reporting. While leading operational responsibilities beyond finance, including HR, IT and legal, ensuring that they align with the company's overall goals.

This role would suit someone used to a fast-paced environment, a strong work ethic with a "hands-on" style, high emotional intelligence and the utmost communication skills. You will have a broad remit and be an active participant of an enthusiastic and energetic management team. Thriving on managing both Internal and External stakeholder and able to lead the business through to the next stage in its development.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) preferably Chartered.
• Successfully scaled a business.
• Strong presentation skills, able to present financial models, scenario planning, investor board packs.
• Experience of business improvement including systems implementations/upgrades preferable.
• Able to build strong relationships across the organisation.

Uniquely our client would consider a candidate making a move as a CFO, Finance Director, Director of FP&A, Head of Finance and or Head of FP&A in an InsurTech, Brokerage Technology Solutions business and or related sectors.
