Finance Business Partner - 12-Month FTC (View to Go Permanent)

Location: London (preferred)

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with strong potential to go permanent)

Working Model: Hybrid - London or Milton Keynes base, with some travel to Birmingham and London offices (2-3x Per Month)

Overview:

A leading national Property Group is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support a significant portfolio across two key client contracts. This role offers full ownership of core financial processes and the chance to partner with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced, high-performing business unit.

You'll be joining a collaborative and well-established team, working closely with contract support specialists and operational leaders to drive financial performance and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

* Manage monthly reporting and journal postings

* Deliver insightful variance analysis and clear financial commentary

* Partner with contract support teams and stakeholders across the business

* Ensure compliance with finance procedures and support financial controls

* Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner & Management Accounting role

* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting

* Industry experience preferred (not from practice)

* Experience working in large, complex businesses

* Excellent communication skills - able to translate numbers into clear insights

* Self-starter comfortable working remotely and across dispersed teams

* Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables); Power BI exposure beneficial

* Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) desirable
