Marks Sattin Executive Search are partnering with a PE Backed Professional Services business based in Belfast on a hybrid working model.

Seeking a high calibre CFO to be part of their ambitious plans to scale through organic growth in preparation for an exit in the future.

The CFO responsibilities will include supporting the CEO and the board and taking responsibility for the financial function. You'll be an instrumental part of the leadership team, partnering with and presenting to the private equity house. As the financial number one, you will be crucial in planning the future growth of the company and realising the company vision.

The ability to producing accurate revenue forecasting, covenant compliance and monitoring of revenue target, operational costs and capital investment is crucial for this role.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Proven experience as a CFO in a Private Equity Backed business, ideally in the Managed Services, Professional Services, Financial Services and/or Consultancy sector.
• Experience overseeing M&A activity, and in 'Buy and Build' environments
• Strong leadership and management skills, capable of professionalising a business
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The role would be suited to a candidate with an ambitious and can-do mind-set so to fit into the culture of the senior management team.
