Credit Control Administrator - Watford - Permanent - Up to £29,000

Marks Sattin are delighted to be supporting this fast paced, industry leading business which is currently undergoing a number of exciting finance transformation projects. Due to continued growth, Marks Sattin are on the search for an experienced Credit Control Administrator to join our client in their brand new Watford office.

Initially this role will be 5 days per week in the office, however, in the near future it will be 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote.

The successful candidate should be personable, driven and ideally have experience of working within multi site environments.

The duties of the Credit Control Administrator role include:

• Review the weekly debt report
• Collecting outstanding debts and processing payments (card payments over the phone/payment links)
• Liaising with customers to actively clear debts by setting negotiating and setting up payment plans
• Escalating debt when required by passing customer accounts to debt agencies
• Liaising with customers and agencies to resolve queries
• Reconciling customer accounts

The successful Credit Control Administrator will:

• Ideally have experience of B2C collections
• Have great rapport building skills
• Have experience of working within Credit Control
