Where you fit in:

You will be reporting into the Credit Manager to assist the business to deliver professional collections process to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Credit Manager to deliver a professional and efficient service to company delivering excellent client service.
  • Work with internal and external networks to improve service, processes and performance.
  • Responsible for a team of 4 credit controllers.
  • Ensure all reporting to the business is accurate and delivered within deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients and third parties by letter and telephone to ensure prompt payments of bills.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding outstanding debt.
  • Ensure the team are compliant with the company's controls and policies.

What you need?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with a high level of strategic thinking and the ability to see complex issues and provide clear solutions in a positive and proactive way. You will have strong IT literacy with the ability to handle complex administrative arrangements connected with billing collection.
