Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Credit Controller on behalf of a well-established service provider based in Worksop.

Joining a successful transactional team and reporting directly to the Credit Manager, the purpose of this role is to assist the business in reducing any outstanding debt as well as maintaining the debt on the ledger. Duties will include however not be limited to;

  • Chasing customer payments in line with payment terms to minimise bad debt
  • Dealing with and managing queries
  • Looking out for and suggesting process improvement opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Assisting the team to minimise overdue debt and maximise cash collections
  • Creating and categorising outbound service requests using an internal ticketing system

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience within Credit Control, Collections, or working with customers to resolve queries and issues
  • Experience of working in a busy Customer service/Finance environment
  • Experience of managing multiple customer accounts
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary is ranging £23,000 - £24,500 depending on your level of experience

Working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Free onsite parking (please note: this is an office based role)

40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 8.30-5pm with a 30 min lunch break

Study Support offered after a successful 6m probation, if required
