I am working with a leading property company who are searching for a Credit Controller to join their growing team.

Responsible for ensuring all rent and fees within the business are paid on time and correctly

Job role:

• Speaking with customers that are in rent areas or have either a late payment on their account and ensuring the rent is received
• Working closely with the wider business to keep within company targets
• Processing all complaints and queries regarding rent and bill areas effectively
• Supported customers through financial difficulties and offering advice
• Ensuring all KPI's are hit
• Ad hoc duties
