Start your job searchAs a Senior Treasury Professional, the main responsibilities of the role include managing the funding facilities of the company and monitoring financial risks faced by multinational operations. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing projects to further develop the treasury function and its strategic support to the rest of the organization.
The company is going through a lot of strategic changes, and this role is newly created to help support the growth and evolution of the treasury function. It's a hybrid position, and the function operates all over the world, but still has a family feel.
This position would be an excellent opportunity for a Senior Treasury Manager looking to step up into a Deputy Treasurer role. Working with the Group Treasurer, you will have the chance to be a key player in shaping the direction of the treasury function and its impact on the company's success.

Responsiblities
- Deputise for Group Treasurer - When necessary, deputising for the group treasurer, representing the function in discussions with internal and externally stakeholders and reporting directly to the Group CFO for input into various treasury related matters.
- Management and administration of the main group lending facilities including drawdown requests, borrowing base submission including support and stewardship of regional teams. Provide input into amendments & refinancing as appropriate. Providing support on applicable refinancing activity and amendments.
- Management of group intercompany funding structure and custody of applicable documentation
- Develop reporting on key treasury risks and the execution of associated risk mitigation strategies, to include foreign exchange, interest rate & commodity risk.
- Key input into the refresh of the group treasury policy including establishment of review and reporting/audit frameworks accordingly.
- Implementation and management of the applicable risk & fraud monitoring modules within the groups TMS.
- Monthly reporting on treasury activity for the group as a whole, development of KPI framework for input to board meetings and wider finance leadership team and to promote operational excellence of the treasury function.
- Lead for treasury based projects as and when required, to include development of TMS interfaces, streamlining of payment processing and other strategic initiatives as the treasury function develops
- Ensure compliance with various banking related regulations such as EMIR, coordinating the groups counter party screening tool and acting as key point of contact for Know Your Customer checks with external parties.
- When necessary, cover for the cash and banking manager to asses the daily funding requirement and update cash projections accordingly
- Working with the treasury assistant to ensure relevant bank office activity / reporting is completed
Requirements
- ACT qualified or equivalent (AMCT / MCT)
- 6 + years experience in a corporate treasury environment.
- Track record of managing various types of banking facilities
- Experience of implementing / using a Treasury Management System is preferable
- Understanding and application of a risk management framework with sound understanding of mitigation tools
- Can demonstrate management and interpretation of high volumes of financial data
- Strong communication skills including networking with internal and external parties
- Used to leading or holding key role in treasury development project
