Digital Finance Transformation Manager
Unique opportunity to join this global consulting business focusing within Strategic Finance Change and Transformation.
Driven by the current rate of change along with considerable focus on digital transformation our client is at the cold face in terms of developing strategic finance applications and delivery or large-scale transformations for some of the worlds leading blue chip firms.
This position will challenge the status quo in terms of Finance and seek to digitize the current finance frameworks within the current non-fit for purpose finance architecture.
At a high level we are looking at:
- Finance Operating Model Transformation
- Business Performance Management (BPM) including Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting; and Management Reporting
- Finance Transformation enabled and driven by technology - i.e. Data Analytics, Blockchain and AI as well as newly redesigned ERP, BPM, RPA & Business Intelligence
- Global Business Services
Some of the Day to day Focus:
- Work as part of a client engagement team with diverse skills and backgrounds focusing in developing and integrating solutions to key complex questions.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment and drive change to the status quo ensuring all stakeholders are bought into the journey.
- Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
- Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery.
- Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Contribute to Business Consulting Finance practice development specifically in the areas of operations, thought leadership, marketing activities and training
What we are seeking in the individual:
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Showcasing ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge.
- Possess good business acumen & Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge
Specifics:
- 5-8 years Projects experience within the Finance space
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) ideally with a Prince II or PMP Qualification
- ERP and or BPM Implementations exposure.
