A UK leading Wealth Manager headquartered in London and 10+ offices across the UK are looking to hire an ESG Assistant into the recently formed ESG function.

This firm are in the early stages of their ESG journey and recognise the importance of having an internal dedicated ESG team ensuring they are prioritising sustainability across the full group and are keen to hire a recent graduate that is passionate about sustainability and building a career in this space.

The role is broad and evolving on a weekly basis meaning ample opportunity to learn, develop and play an imperative role in pushing the ESG Agenda.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

• Collaborate with core business lines such as; HR, Legal, Finance, Risk and the Investment team on developing and achieving ESG focused goals
• Support the ESG director with preparing commentary to clients/investors on the firms ESG policies and strategy
• Provide support on any work with external supplier/consultancies on climate and regulatory work
• Keep abreast with any new and upcoming sustainability/ESG regulations such as; TCFD, SFDR etc
• Provide support on material for regular environmental committee meetings that you will attend

This role is ideal for you if you've recently graduated from University with a degree in an Environmental based subject and you are now eager to kickstart a career in sustainability.

Salary on offer is £30k-£35k + bonus, hybrid working, private medical care and plenty of progression opportunity.
