Finance Business Partner | Up to £70,000 + Benefits | Temp to Perm | Remote Working
A fast-paced and customer-focused business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join its growing finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with operations and influencing key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial results
- Support business cases for new initiatives and strategic projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
About You
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong FP&A or business partnering experience
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-site environment
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar multi-site operations is highly advantageous
- Proactive, commercially focused, and solutions-driven
