This is a brand new role within the organisation as the business look to bring in a Senior Finance Business Partner that can assist the senior leadership team deliver a strategic growth plan.

Responsibilities;

• Completion of month end accounts, accruals & prepayments and variance analysis between actual and plan
• Detailed Cash flow reporting and analysis
• Producing profitability analysis
• Producing a detailed PDF management information pack, incorporating supplementary schedules for sales, margin, stock, debtors, working capital etc.
• Costing Models
• Responsible for producing detailed profit & loss and balance sheet budgets
• Completion of quarterly forecast
• Annual budgeting
• Analysis of stock levels and monitor stock-takes periodically
• Maintaining the fixed asset register and posting monthly depreciation
• Supporting on the audit process
• Ad-hoc project work and financial analysis
• Submitting quarterly VAT returns
• Business partnering with key non-financial stakeholders and the wider finance team and providing reports and analysis for them

Key Skills;

• As an experienced and CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Accountant, you will have significant experience within a similar role ideally within a manufacturing environment or similar fast-paced innovative business.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are necessary with an ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, diligence and a high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
• You will be proficient in accounting software packages and have excellent IT skills with advanced excel skills.
• As a self-motivated individual, you will be comfortable working individually and part of a wider team and a confident and effective communicator, both written and verbally.
