Operating across multiple jurisdictions and head quartered in London this business have helped more than 3m people across the globe get access to fair financial services. With multiple successful revenue streams, they are now a profitable business no longer relaying on raising funds.
You will be part of a small finance team and will report directly to the COO who has been responsible for the finance function since for over 4 years. You will take over and lead the day-to-day and periodic finance operations, manage the annual audit process, oversea treasury function, provide the senior leadership team with essential financial data on each of the revenue streams to support commercial decision making, assist with budget and forecasting, mentor and work closely with junior finance professional based in overseas office and get involved in exciting new projects.
Capabilities and Experience required;
- Qualified Accountant with 2-4 years PQE in a relevant financial reporting role
- Experience working in a high growth and fast paced environment
- Strong experience reporting in line with IFRS and US GAAP
- A well-rounded accountant with experience across statutory accounting, group consolidations, leading audits, tax reporting and payroll
- Ability to show that you have a passion for positive social change
- Highly effective communicator with team members at all levels across different verticals within the business

Salary on offer is up to £70k - £80k + bonus, excellent benefits, hybrid working and multiple company away trips abroad each year!!
