Would you like to join one of Europe's most successful private equity buyout firms in their exquisite London HQ? With ESG at it's core this firm has one of the best track records in the market, the people love working at the firm and that is reflected in their tenure.

The finance team comprises over 25 individuals working across corporate & fund accounting, tax & compliance, insights & portfolio reporting, and exec compensation.

The Assistant Finance Manager will review deliverables for the corporate accounting team, including monthly management accounts, board papers, and annual statutory accounts. They will analyse financial data against the annual budget and forecasts. This role suits someone who thrives in a hardworking team, is flexible in taking on diverse tasks, and has a learning mindset to explore other areas such as tax, VAT, deals, transactions, and private equity structures.

The successful candidate will likely be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least two years experience as a financial accountant in private equity, venture capital or a private market fund.
