Marks Sattin are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-known brand based in Basingstoke. They are looking to add a Finance Transactional manager to their growing team. Please note that this is a permanent full-time position and hybrid working is currently being supported in the workplace. Salary range is up to £50,000 dependent on experience and an annual bonus on top.

This position would ideally suit someone who has strong Credit Control and Accounts Payable experience who is looking to take the next step in their management career.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Managing a team of 7 direct reports and leading them to achieve their individual targets
• Leading the AR and AP departments
• Looking after the debt ledger and ensuring that all debt is collected when expected
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders as needed

The ideal candidate will be:

• Widely experienced in Accounts Receivable and Billings
• Previous team management experience of a similar size
• Proficient in both Excel and SAP
