A rapidly expanding AIM listed property company are looking to recruit a Financial Accounting Manager to join their head office finance function based in North London.

Reporting in to the company Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Group consolidation of accounts under IFRS
• Management accounts reporting
• Budgeting and cashflow
• Managing audits experience
• Understanding of UK taxation
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• International exposure (dealing with foreign currencies, different languages/accounting)
• Understanding of payroll
• Experience with accounting softwares such as Sage, SAP, XERO, QuickBooks

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience working in a top tier accountancy firm.
