Position: Fund Finance Associate

Firm: Leading European Renewables Investment Manager

Salary: £60k - £65k + Bonus - Strong overall package

Location: London, UK (Hybrid).

Company Profile:

A successful Renewable Investment Manager which has recently merged with a Globally leading IM.

Role:

As they continue to grow out their successful UK Fund Finance Team from their London offices they are looking to take on an exception Fund Finance Associate who will across both their UK and Lux renewable funds. They are currently leading in Europe across wind, solar, rail and many others. This role will be spread across finance, governance and special projects.

The Responsibility:

  • Reviewing investor reports, and managing the annual audit process 
  • Assist with valuations of the fund
  • Liaising with and supervising the administrator
  • Assist and manage establishment of the fund
  • Maintaining the governance trackers, delegated authorities and policies
  • Assisting with the set-up of new funds operating models

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • FS experience
  • Experience in fund accounting is desirable
