In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Group Reporting Manager and Head of Group Reporting, which includes assisting in the delivery of Group Reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize financial data from all accounting departments
• Analyse financial reports and identify discrepancies that require senior management's attention
• Develop financial reports with conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
• Evaluate past results, carry out variance analysis, recognize trends, and suggest ways for improvement
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to drive process improvements
• Act as the liaison between the business and the global finance team while providing first-class support
• Prepare monthly reporting files, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and set-out of trial balances for review.
• Analyze and comment on P&L & BS trends
• Support the Group Reporting Manager
  
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Newly Qualified accountant ideally from top 50 accountancy practice
• 3+ years of experience working in finance
• Strong presentation, analytical, people management, communication, and organization skills
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to provide recommendations and solutions to challenges.
