Our client, a FTSE Listed real estate business is in search of a Group Reporting Manager to aid them in a 6 month project.

This will involve the following;

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Financial Reconciliation:** Review and reconcile financial accounts across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore and Europe, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
2. **Discrepancy Resolution:** Identify and address inconsistencies in underlying accounts and balance sheets, employing meticulous attention to detail and analytical prowess.
3. **Intra-Company Loan Management:** Oversee and manage undocumented intra-company loans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and accurate reporting.
4. **Consolidation Expertise:** Collaborate with senior contractors to consolidate group accounts for the past 6 months, facilitating streamlined reporting and enhanced financial transparency.
5. **Process Enhancement:** Implement and refine accounting procedures to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
**Day-to-Day Duties:**
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to streamline consolidation processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of intra-company loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize SUN general ledger system and advanced Excel skills for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
- Stay abreast of evolving accounting standards and regulations, integrating updates into existing procedures and practices.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in group financial reporting and consolidation within complex organizational structures, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sector.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- ACA/ACCA or Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant
