Head of Corporate Finance required for a high growth investor backed business.

The purpose of the role is to support financing by raising large ticket debts from various sources including Project Finance, ECA and Capital Market Debt. This role will help lead discussions and negotiations with lenders, would be responsible for managing relationship with banks and supporting Group Treasurer by leading and taking forward negotiation and execution of lending projects thereby raising finances.

Requirements:

• ACA/CFA Qualified
• Prior experience of working on large scale financing projects (including Project Finance/ECA) preferred
• Prior experience of leading/supporting structuring and documentation on lending projects
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills; builds rapport with teams
• Strong influencing skills, with the ability to win negotiation points with external parties and key decisions with senior leaders and business stakeholders
