Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking multinational company to recruit a Head of FP&A on a 9 month FTC. As a key member of their finance leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisions that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Make strategic decisions to support and align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with various business units.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to facilitate strategic planning.
- Provide detailed insights into financial performance, enabling informed decision-making.
About you
- ACA qualified with a strong academic background in finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing FP&A teams, demonstrating effective leadership and team development skills.
- Previous experience in a commercial role within a multinational business setting.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of making impactful decisions.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
