Key responsibilities:
- Develops service design, transition strategies & principles for creating end-to-end designs that facilitate seamless transitions into live operations.
- Leads implementation of quality assurance strategies & processes to ensure delivery of high quality services.
- Leads change management process to ensure that changes to the live IT estate are implemented in a controlled & assured manner.

Application requirements:
+ Advanced ITIL 4 qualification.
+ Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
+ Familiar with IT service management tools & technologies.
+ Previous experience engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to clearly articulate risks & corresponding controls to support decisions.
