Interim Group Chief Financial Officer (Real Estate)

A very successful real estate investment & development business are seeking an interim Group CFO for a 6-12 month contract.

This is a number one finance role with a leading property investment, development and operational firm with a niche offering, who are entering an exciting new phase of growth and development.

The CFO will have full responsibility for the finance function and external reporting requirements, manage external relationships with professional service providers and banks. You will work closely with the COO and senior leadership team in executing against its growth strategy and present to to the board on company performance.

From a finance perspective you will have responsibility for directing the team in provision of:

- budgets and forecasts

- financial control & corporate reporting

- tax & VAT compliance

- transaction support and due diligence

- treasury oversight

- HR and operations

Requirements - Knowledge & Skills required:

• Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or similar)
• Have operated in similar level Group CFO/FD roles within a real estate investment, development or property services sector (Prop Co, REIT)
• Strong commercial acumen with experience of supporting on transactions
• Available at short notice

Salary or Daily Rate: £900-£1200 per day via umbrella depending on experience

Duration: 6 -12 month contract assignment
