An AIM listed Energy Company is looking for an Interim Finance Director initially for a 6-month temp to perm contract. This role is pivotal in implementing a transformation programme of the finance function and strategic growth of the business.

What will you do?

• Analyse the finance function and operating process of the business to produce a transformation and project plan.
• Work closely with C-suite stakeholders to provide insight of the wider business
• Take responsibility of the reporting, treasury, cash flow forecasting and monthly & quarterly business reviews.
• Implement controls, processes, procedures and accounting systems that are suitable and scalable.
• Support with developing the Group strategy, providing financial analysis and guidance on all areas of the business, plans, targets and business drivers.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
• Experience in transformation projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous operational Finance director experience
