An investor backed retailer is recruiting for an Interim Head of Commercial Finance for an initial 12 month contract. This is a highly visible role allowing the successful candidate to lead on commercial direction and analysis within an organisation with a fantastic growth story.

As the Interim Head of Commercial Finance, you will be:

• Redesigning and delivering management information, actionable analytical insights and leading conversations around the business' commercial performance
• Facilitating key business decisions through in depth analysis
• Acting as a key business partner to the CFO, commercial leads, sales and marketing
• Driving data driven insights and delivery through tools such as Power BI
• Managing and developing a small commercially orientated team of Finance Business Partners
