Start your job searchA listed matrix structure business is recruiting for an Interim Head of Finance on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This is a pivotal leadership role within the organisation giving you ownership of an integral business unit and all matters associated with finance. The role extends from operational and reporting excellence through to leading on strategic and commercial financial management for the business unit and group structure, whilst overseeing a JV.
As the Interim Head of Finance, you will be:
- Delivering comprehensive leadership and oversight of financial reporting
- Devising 5 year plans and capital forecasts, leading with financial planning and analysis to underpin C-suite decision making
- Owning annual budgeting and planning cycles
- Ensuring a robust framework of financial governance and risk management is adopted and improved upon as you seek to deliver continuous improvement
- Heading project related ventures and collaborating across the group
- Joining a select group for the business' Steering Committee
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, ideally from a top 4 practice firm. You will have at least 5-10 years post-qualified experience and a demonstrated background in financial leadership for large listed businesses, or matrix structure organisations.
