A thriving boutique investment bank is seeking to hire an Interim Head of Human Resources (3 days per week) to support the business in its ambitions.
This is an office based role, 3 day a week based in the city of London.
Salary: FTC £110,000 -£130,000 pro-rated + Bonus + Pension + Holidays etc
This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CEO. The business are looking for a commercially astute and gregarious Head of HR to manage the HR department and build strong relationships with the C-suite and business leaders, supported by a small team HR generalists and recruitment specialists.
You will have full responsibility for the developing and driving HR strategy, whilst managing performance, compensation, employee relations, L&D, ED&I, HR policies and driving improvements and efficiencies.
Experience Required:
- Must have 15 years + experience working in generalist HR roles
- Must have worked in financial services (preferably in Investment Banking, Capital Markets Institutional Broking sectors and Securities Trading)
- Must previously have operated at Head of HR level
- General knowledge of rules and regulations governing financial services trading institutions.
- SME sized company experience is preferable
Contract duration: 6 Months
