About the role

  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional agreements; loan agreements, client contacts, confidentiality agreements
  • Provide ad-hoc legal advice to business stake holders across corporate and commercial issues
  • Research into legal and regulatory requirements within UK and other European jurisdictions with a focus on the clients product offering within loan servicing
  • Provide advice to the credit and structured products teams
  • Work closely with external counsel on specific and technically strenuous transactions



About you

  • Background in corporate commercial and/or finance law
  • Experienced in an in-house of private practice environment
  • Understanding of; private syndicated loans, securitization, secured transactions,
  • An interest and understanding of the fund administration industry
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
