A leading Oil and Gas company are seeking to hire a Marketing Executive on a 12 month day rate contract inside of ir35. This role will be largely remote, with occasional trips to their Milton Keynes office.
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of brand marketing activities in line with the marketing plan to meet volume turnover and gross margin targets and as defined by the Brand Marketing Managers/Head of Brand Marketing.
Provides assistance and input to the preparation of data for the Brand Marketing Plan as defined by the Head of Brand Marketing.
Accountable for preparing input to the Brand Marketing Plan as part of the regional annual marketing plan process to ensure that volume turnover and gross margin targets are met.
This involves working closely with Sales Marketing Activation Managers and Marketing Services and under the direction of Head of Brand Marketing.
Feeds key customer trends and needs into the marketing planning process. Executes customer marketing activities marketing plan including printed materials (price lists leaflets brochures) event organisation direct mail point of sale material merchandising material customer incentive trips and promotions.
This requires a close working relationship with Sales Marketing Services and Marketing Activation Managers and regularly feeding back information to ensure future brand marketing programmes meet customer requirements. Develops and updates the overall brand offer working closely with Business Services in providing training modules and promotional support.
Develops and manages all generic brand marketing support material (merchandise requirements) networking with the regional Marcomms team to ensure regional synergy. Supports and assists in development of ad hoc marketing materials (leaflets brochures and sales support literature).
Monitors success of brand marketing activities implementing KPIs to track promotions and other brand marketing activity effectiveness.
Responsible for management of inventories for merchandising and promotional materials. Responsible for supporting the Brand Team with administrative tasks with particular attention but not limited to budget management Optic & P2P as we as other supporting tasks.
Supports Head of Brand Marketing Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers on key activities new product launches and promotional activity. Manages relationships with agencies. Close working relationship with Regional Marcomms Market Insight and Digital business teams.
