Marks Sattin are currently working with an East Leeds Business who are looking to hire a Sales Ledger Clerk! This is working for a company quite early in their journey, which will grow significantly over the next few years.

Due to the rapid growth, this is a newly created role which will report into a Finance Director and working alongside a small AP/AR team.

This role will pay up to £27,000 on a 37.5 hour working week.
Please note this is a full-time office role.

Some duties include:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining specialist invoicing and processes
• Raise and dispatch invoices within defined timescales
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness of billing process
• Posting Cash Receipts against debtor ledger accounts
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Proactively resolve issues and queries
