A creative, PE backed global media agency based in the heart of London is currently seeking a new Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for the full Accounts Payable process within a fast paced media environment

• Ensure all invoices are process correctly
• Reconcile supplier statemetns
• Work closely with the other AP members to ensure everything is running smoothly
• Escalate any queries to the Senior Accounts Payable team
• Process payment runs
• Weekly & Monthly reconciliations
• Responsible for overhead Costs
• Weekly meetings with AP Controllers regarding all outstanding queries
• Month End reconciliation for all contracts
• Adhoc duties supporting any project work
