Marks Sattin are proud to be working with an established Boutique Investment Bank that specialises in UK Investment Banking. The team have a generalist focus on UK mid-cap companies and are looking to add an experienced Senior Associate / VP to the organisation.

The ideal candidates will have 5-7 year's worth of M&A experience within a reputable investment bank and it is essential to have worked on UK public M&A transactions.

• Managing sell-side and buy-side transactions across a broad range of sectors/industries
• Managing the build and review of complex financial models
• Client facing, leading business development activities
• Supporting the team with the development of junior members and strategic plans

The team have an excellent reputation within the UK and are growing their headcount to help assist with current deal flow. The head of the team has plans in place to grow their offering and they are seeking a motivated individual to hit the ground running and to help push forward.
